The kitchen scepter on the Pool Boat was held for a couple of years by the award-winning chef Christian Petz. The concept for the Holy Moly restaurant was developed under his management: informal cuisine without the frills, but of a high standard, for reasonable prices. The ambience is relaxed: instead of designer furniture, shabby chic predominates. This concept has been well received by the public and gourmet critics alike.

Following the departure of Christian Petz, the food continues to be cooked to his recipes. Lamb, veal and fish dishes in exciting combinations are served. The menu is intentionally kept small. The dishes can be ordered individually or combined to form a three to five-course menu. Only the loud music is a matter of taste.
